WHAT WE OFFER
Revenue Share
Rental model is for the clients who do not want to own a solar system but would like to use their unused roof assets for risk free return. Under the rental model, the company will get into an agreement for 20 years and pay our clients a percentage of revenue as monthly rental for the roof.
The investment on the system and maintenance are done by the company.
BOOT
Build Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model is ideal for clients who would like to own a solar system but also would like to earn extra income without going through the hassle of project implementation, management and maintenance.
We will design and construct the system for you by investing our capital, operate the system, transfer the technical know how and the system after a defined period of time.
EPC
The EPC option or downright purchase is ideal for clients who would like to own a solar system. We will advise the client throughout the purchase and design and construct the solar system and ensure a smooth implementation towards clean energy. With our proprietary software, we ensure efficient maintenance and maximum power generation of the plant
Energy efficiency audits
We provide an integrated clean energy solution to empower the property owners towards Net-Zero. Our energy efficiency audit will be used to assess the property’s electricity efficiency by studying the current
infrastructure, usage pattern and potential optimization of existing infrastructure
BESS + Smart Controllers
In order to hedge against power cuts and rising costs of power, SLPG is able to design fully integrated smart micro grids/hybrid systems coupled with our intelligent power management devices. This will allow the client to fully utilize their renewable energy resources throughout the day and to avoid the use of their diesel generator and avoid grid instability.
